Description: THE WORK The Pilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) will lead and oversee all flight training and operations for a flight school program and designated support activities. Reporting to the Air Commercial Solution Sr Manager, this senior‑level role combines leadership with hands‑on flying and academic instruction. FSN leverages modern Instructional System Design (ADDIE) principles to create an effective, efficient training system for initial entry rotary‑wing (IERW) pilots.
