Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING The Flight School Next (FSN) program is a rotary‑wing training initiative that provides ab‑initio training for Army rotary‑wing pilots. FSN leverages modern Instructional System Design (ADDIE) principles to create an effective, efficient training system for initial entry rotary‑wing (IERW) pilots.
