Description: This position is for a level 4 Manufacturing Engineer and will be assigned to the F-35 CFF/LFF Manufacturing Engineering Team as the CFF Manufacturing Engineering Lead. Reports directly to the F-35 CFF/LFF Manufacturing Engineering Manager. What You Will Be Doing • Perform floor support to solve immediate production constraints. • Develop corrective actions and lead projects to improve the production system, reducing Scrap Rework and Repair (SRR) cost and hours per unit (HPU). • Perform manufacturing evaluations of engineering changes • Aid in the mentorship and growth of junior level Manufacturing Engineers •Assist as needed with integration between other coatings build sites What’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend!
