Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in seeking a full-time Subsystem Installation Design Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) in Fort Worth, Texas. A successful candidate will apply technical expertise in developing solutions to aircraft equipment and systems installation design problems. Responsibilities for this position may include: - Design the installation of aircraft Equipment for Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and associated hardware; Design aircraft tubes and harness assemblies for Fuel, Hydraulic, Environmental Control Systems, and Electrical Systems; Design installation of aircraft Fluid and Electrical routing and associated bracketry - Conduct trade studies and evaluate alternatives - optimizing form, fit, and function of the equipment installations - Define, develop, and finalize equipment layouts and systems and harness interfaces - Create Build-to-Packages for detailed parts, assemblies, and installations - Coordinate with other technical...
