In this role dynamic role you will serve in a Technical Lead capacity, primarily supporting the Rework and Repair (R&R) Council, as well as other potential special assignments and Technical Lead duties as required. You will work closely with Quality Engineering and Production Operations, coordinate cross functional teams, promote creative problem solving, and drive product improvement initiatives. Throughout each corrective action effort you will project manage the work from initiation through verification and closure, while tracking key metrics to reduce variation and elevate overall product quality.
