Description: The individual selected for this position will support the Leave of Absence (LOA) and the Return to Work program. This includes understanding the LOA plan designs as well as the various LOA policies and procedures to effectively support administration. The position will also act as a liaison between employees/HR/managers and the vendor partners to research and resolve escalated leave cases and administer the return-to-work program.
