It entails supplier source selection, contract administration and purchase order placement in support of any of the following programs: F-35, C-130, F-16 and F-22. Duties include: documentation and interface with functional organizations. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' briefings, analyzes, and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects, or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts.
