Description: You will be the Program Management – Subcontract Senior Manager for the Santa Barbara Focal‑plane team. Our team drives end‑to‑end supplier performance for a high‑visibility DoD prime contract, ensuring the hardware and systems we procure meet rigorous technical, schedule, cost and affordability goals. What You Will Be Doing As the Sub‑contract Senior Manager you will lead a dedicated Supplier Management Team, partner with program and supplier executives, and own the full lifecycle of subcontract performance.
