Description: You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Santa Barbara Focalplane team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of products from suppliers across the United States, implementing quality‑control processes, and driving supplier performance excellence. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing the program’s quality plan, serving as the primary point of contact for quality issues, and guiding cross‑functional teams toward continuous improvement.
