Description: You will be the Contracts Management Staff for the Contracts team. Our team is responsible for supporting contract lifecycle, negotiations, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination across advanced programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Contracts Management Staff you will own proposal preparation, contract administration, and close‑out while providing risk‑based guidance to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead proposal preparation, briefing packages, and negotiation support for cutting‑edge programs. Administer contracts, track changes in cost, schedule, and specifications, and ensure compliance. Provide risk assessments and alternative contractual language to mitigate program risks. Serve as the primary interface with Government contracting officers and DCMA representatives.
