Description: You will be an Associate Program Manager within the PrSM Increment 1 Transition to Production (T2P) team. In this role you will join a growing program responsible for driving collaboration of cross-functional teams to develop schedules, qualification plans, test reports, identifying and incorporating tooling and test equipment, capacity needs, pathfinder builds, and ultimately integrating new design and/or sourcing solutions within highly accelerated timelines for PrSM Production. Our team is responsible for managing manufacturing planning for M270 and HIMARS programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planning Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading the planning function that drives production success across our missile launcher portfolio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead manufacturing planners and associate managers for M270 and HIMARS programs. Develop and track monthly, annual, and long‑range production plans to meet contractual milestones. Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessments, and workforce management for the planning team.
