Description: We are seeking a Program Planning Engineering Specialist to provide planning and scheduling support for the Functional Labs (Dallas and Orlando) team. The incumbent will work closely with functional lab managers, technical SMEs, planners, operations, and program management to translate authorized customer and lab requirements into a Functional Lab Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Responsibilities include validating scope, flow, and resource requirements.
