Description: Responsible for coordination and oversight of Ethics programs and processes. Advise and support management in implementation of company code of conduct, and evaluating Ethics-related issues. Determine need for investigation of ethical concerns and either coordinates investigative action or conducts investigation. Conduct and support thorough and timely investigations within the LM Corporate and LM Aero Business Area guidelines. The investigations will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances; Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
