Description: • Analyze and evaluate technical systems and development processes. • Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including design, engineering, configuration, test‑planning/development, test‑execution analysis, and performance optimization. • Assist the Sponsor with establishing and executing processes and procedures for managing system definition, development, and operations. • Expand or modify the Sponsor’s systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. • Assist the Sponsor with establishing standards in systems engineering. • Interface with Government engineering labs and contractors on customer projects, ensuring data conditioning and data schemas are consistent for ingest. • Perform strategic planning for system and technology evolution for specified Sponsor activities. • Participate with the other Sponsor partner organizations to provide input on strategic plans and architecture framework. • Participate in Engineering Review Boards or...
