Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team as a Senior Weapons Aircraft Systems Engineer at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah facility! What You Will Be Doing The Weapons Integration Engineering duties include: • Continually track the capabilities of near-term, mid-term, and far-term air-to-air, air-to-ground weapons employment, Electronic Protection (EP) systems, and Targeting Pod (TGP) capabilities and potential adversary counter capabilities. • Obtain data from validated sources and analyze weapons employment and threat data to identify and evaluate F-16 capabilities. • Contribute to engineering feasibility studies that lead to recommendations for hardware and software upgrades and modifications to maximize aircraft capabilities. • Provide technical input while participating in weapons integration/development, meetings and conferences such as Interface Control Working Groups (ICWG), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM), Flight Test Plan...
