Description: Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer This is a deployed position in the Greater Los Angeles Area areas working primarily in the Long Beach area at various LM supplier companies. (Telecommuter remote work location to be reasonable driving distance to LM assigned suppliers as defined in agreement with manager). * The supplier is located in Garden Grove • The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving total quality performance across multiple sites for strategic suppliers that produce major airframe and systems components. • Candidate needs working knowledge background in GD&T, Inspection methods, Tooling, AS9100, AS9102. working knowledge of Six Sigma, preventive tools PDCA, PFMEA, Mistake Proofing and Gap Analysis. • Must have knowledge and effectively apply root cause analysis, Cause Mapping, Cause & Effect diagrams, Pick Charts and, structured RCCA for effective corrective action. • Goals are to lead the supplier through the process of...
