Description: Supports day-to-day and long-range scheduling of aircrew and maintenance training devices (simulators/part-task trainers). Builds and maintains forecasts, schedules, and resource plans that balance customer-training requirements with device availability, instructor capacity, maintenance windows, and facility constraints. Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to publish accurate schedules, track changes, and report impacts. Performs basic quality assurance reviews of training syllabi and related training objective artifacts to validate error corrections and requirements (e.g., prerequisites, sequencing, and device needs), and route corrections for update. Assist in building weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual student training forecasts by analyzing customer requirements, historical trends, device availability, and known constraints such as scheduled maintenance downtime, device and system upgrades/modifications.
