Description: Function  Receive, check, store and issue all types of tools, dies, gages, fixtures, shop and manufacturing supplies and hardware for all shop departments. Typical Responsibilities  Work from manufacturing schedules, verbal instructions, operation sheets and written requests to make accurate and timely transactions with respect to crib stock arrangements and availability.  Prepare complete tool kits for various manufacturing and assembly operations.  Tools to include machine cutting tools, templates, as well as, hand tools.  Maintain up to date records using electronic computer aided systems  Use electronic systems to make required adjustments to inventory records.  Prepare and complete all related paper work and reports required.  Check all incoming materials against accompanying paper work and store in proper location.  Check stock limits and initiate necessary requisitions to replenish supplies when indicated.  Plan and conduct periodic inventories...
