Position: Customer Service Associate Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE Join our Customer Operations team in Krakow . In this role, you will support customers and vendors throughout the order management process, manage requests in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer queries are handled accurately and efficiently. You will take ownership of customer cases from the initial request through to resolution and work closely with Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Finance and other internal departments.
