Description: This position is in the Global Accounting organization within Lockheed Martin Global Financial Services (GFS). It supports the Record to Report (R2R) process with end-to-end accounting and reporting processes for our US and international subsidiaries and branches for all Lockheed Martin business areas. Primary responsibilities include international financial and statutory reporting as well as supporting audit requirements for multiple foreign jurisdictions. Additional responsibilities include month-end close support, general ledger and reconciliation, tax reporting, controls and compliance, hedge accounting, complex foreign currency analysis (ASC 830), analyzing and troubleshooting complex accounting issues, and process improvements. This is a fast paced, challenging position where the candidate must be a proven quick learner with ability effectively manage their time to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
