Description: This Executive Support Technician provides high-touch, white-glove IT support to C-level executives and senior leadership, acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues. This role requires exceptional customer service, discretion, and advanced troubleshooting for Windows/Mac, mobile devices, and AV systems to ensure seamless productivity.
