As part of this effort, we need a Deputy Lead Hardware Engineer (LHE) or Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) to help shape the technical direction and ensure successful execution. THE WORK Provide technical and programmatic leadership for the Radar design team, guiding architecture, trade‑studies, and hardware solutions. Oversee technical analysis, ensure rigorous engineering processes, and maintain product quality across the Radar portfolio.
