Description: Perform all facility maintenance and facility support functions including electrical maintenance and installation. Work as a member of a high performance, customer- oriented, proactive team. Maintain accurate records. Install, test, and maintain heavy duty and high power electrical system including distribution and substation equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot large capacity building HVAC system and electrical system, etc. Repair construct, install, troubleshoot and maintain routine electrical system and equipment. Cut, threads , bends couples, and strap conduit. Cuts wire and conduit to length. install, repair and or replaces boxes, light bulbs, plugs, sockets, light fuses and extension cords. Disassembles motors, generators and other equipment in preparation for repair. Troubleshoot for safety and efficiency.
