Description: You will be the Program Lead for the Product Line Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality missile and fire‑control products at the Lufkin site. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Lead you will be responsible for guiding a cross‑functional group of engineers and logistics personnel to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Define and execute program plans that align with customer requirements and corporate objectives. Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
