Description: You will be the Reliability and Maintainability Systems Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs – Skunk Works team, which is responsible for delivering mission-defining aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer - Reliability and Maintainability, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, integration, and sustainment of advanced aerospace systems through disciplined R&M engineering and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: Performing reliability and maintainability allocations and developing quantitative predictions for new and evolving system designs. Supporting FRACAS activities, capturing field failures, performing root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions.
