Description: You will be the Test Engineer Associate Manager responsible for leading Test Engineering activities on multiple programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Engineer Associate Manager, you will be responsible for • Leading the team that conducts failure analysis activities, yield trending, software and hardware change maintenance, corrective action development and implementation, capital project planning and execution. • Responsible for performance management of Test Engineers deployed within the assigned mission areas. • Assists Test Engineering site lead in talent selection, determining department personnel work assignments, and execution of functional initiatives. • Coaches and mentors junior engineers within the department. • Contributes to the execution of Test Engineering tasks as required to meet program and department objectives.
