Description: You will be a Manufacturing Engineer for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑mix, high‑volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electro‑assembly production across multi‑shift facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving process stability, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for circuit card and wiring harness production. Lead root‑cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
