Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for managing the daily production activities to meet customer requirements. What You Will Be Doing -Manages the daily activities of 5-15 direct report PP&C Planners. Responsible for employee performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions, and assists with recruitment, selection, and training of new employees. -Maintains production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization to minimize cost. Expedites and optimizes material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements.
