Description: Quality Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) & Metrology operations (Level 5) The leader chosen for this position will lead a team of NDT/NDI Test Engineers and represented inspectors. This highly dynamic team continually introduces new technology and techniques in the most advanced programs at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. The leader supervises a staff of 8 direct reports and 21 employees. The leaders will ensure adequate staffing, training, and personnel development.
