Description: This position is part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team within the broader Quality & Mission Success organization and oversees supplier Northrop Grumman (NGAS). This position is in Palmdale, CA. Seeking experienced Quality Engineer to support onsite LM team ensuring timely actions and/or development and execution of standard work that improves team and supplier effectiveness and efficiency. Description: You will be the F-35 Low Observable Signature Engineer for the Signature Management & Survivability team which is responsible for advancing aircraft stealth capabilities. What You Will Be Doing As the F-35 Low Observable Signature Engineer you will be responsible for shaping the signature reduction strategy of next‑generation fighter aircraft. Your responsibilities will include: Design and develop low observable (LO) material applications and structures to minimize detectable signatures. Perform radar cross‑section (RCS) analyses and validate results against performance targets. Apply electromagnetics (EM) and computational electromagnetics (CEM) techniques to evaluate and improve stealth performance.
