Description: Supports all on-site facilities functions at the Palo Alto Campus including, but not limited to: - Workspace management - Facilities operations and maintenance support - Event planning and setup - AHJ liaison for inspections - Construction project support - Coordination of corrective maintenance tickets in a timely manner along with support of preventive maintenance - Liaison for janitorial, landscaping, contractor coordination, property management, vendor performance, and local govt. engagement when necessary - Supporting a safe working environment for employees by partnering with Environmental Safety & Health Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree and or equivalent experience/combined education - Strong background in facilities operations - Strong customer relationship building skills - Organizational ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a sense of urgency - Technical writing and communication skills - Microsoft Office Software...
