Description: • Performs according to schedule and manufacturers' specification, such typical operations as oiling and greasing machines and mechanical equipment; cleaning areas to be serviced before oiling, wiping off excess oil and grease, draining, cleaning, and replenishing oil reservoirs, grease cups and coolant pumps; cleaning and wiping machinery. Checks for excessive wear in pulleys, bearings and/or shafts, worn belts, etc. Replace oil filter elements and maintains lubricating records and charts. • Complete repairs and modifications to general facility: building plumbing, doors, windows, & flooring/interior finishes • Perform assignments outside of scope of work when required. (janitorial, waste collection, etc.) • Complete work order logs and update CMMS • Perform troubleshooting to locate and determine cause of equipment malfunctions Basic Qualifications: • Experience with working in one or more building trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting,...
