Produces detailed work instructions defining production operations utilizing information from blueprints, specifications, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases. Reads/interprets component and assembly blueprint geometric dimensioning and tolerancing for use in defining manufacturing methods and requirements. Determines the need for tooling and makes recommendations for the design and planning of required tools.
