Position Summary Odyssey  is seeking a Capture Management Director to lead a high-performing team of Capture Managers responsible for identifying, shaping, and winning large federal business opportunities. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Development and Capture , this leader will oversee the company’s capture portfolio and establish the priorities, processes, and operating discipline required to support sustained growth.   This is a leadership role focused on building and managing a world-class capture organization .
