Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Writer. Reporting to the Director of Proposals, the Proposal Writer has the responsibility of developing proposal content, including technical approach, past performance, and management volumes; executive summaries; and resumes. The Proposal Writer helps craft compelling content and ensure the delivery of compliant proposals within a Department of Defense (DOD) environment. The Proposal Writer must be experienced in  participating  in color reviews and kick-off meetings,  facilitating  conversations with SMEs for coauthoring content, performing proposal content reviews and compliance checks, and desktop publishing.
