Position: Sr. Operations Manager (AGM) Job Description: Based in Reno, NV, the Sr. Operations Manager (AGM) position supports the Logistics operation by managing all assigned work streams in a 700,000+ square foot facility. The Sr. Operations Manager will also serve in a capacity of accountability and mentoring of all Associate Managers and Department Managers. Further, the role provides analysis, alternatives, recommendations, implementation plans, and oversight of inbound initiatives focused on maintaining and improving safety, regulatory compliance, and production & productivity integrity. This position will report directly to the Site Director and will have responsibility for managing a team of 250+ FTEs and 10+ leaders.
