Description: We are seeking a highly motivated early career Sales Engineer to support the sales team in developing sales for our commercial space product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, fielding initial customer questions, maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, supporting tradeshows and assist marketing with our website, social media, presentations, videos and datasheet content. • Qualify leads that have been generated by our website, advertising and tradeshows • Answer initial customer questions about our products • Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs with the assistance of the Sales Manager and Engineering Team • Maintain Microsoft Office Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management database and assist marketing with email blasts. • Assist marketing with our website, social media, presentations, videos and datasheets with technical content • Write technical articles and fact sheets...
