Position: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative position is part of the Arrow Advantage team, focusing on developing a new customer base from leads, reactivating "frozen" customers, and incubating customers with zero to small revenue. Besides the traditional revenue measurements, this position will be measured mainly by customer counts. This role is office-based and involves communication with customers via phone, email, and Teams calls, without requiring customer visits. Training resources and digital platforms are exclusively in English, making English proficiency critical for success in this position.
