Description: This classification requires performance of pre-DD250 tasks associated with the assembly, disassembly, modification, repair, assembly checkout and movement of all types and configurations of new and fleet return missiles and associated missile components. Perform inspection and related functions involved in quality assurance and acceptance of Fleet Ballistic Missile systems, materials and surface support equipment. Knowledge of computer skills to perform work. Work with technical assistance and guidance, or work independently with complete procedures or written instruction after initial on-the-job instruction and guidance. Work with progressively less guidance and instruction as knowledge, skill, and experience in classification increases.
