Description: In this role, you will serve as one of two Associate Managers overseeing the Post DD 250 Trident II D5 missile processing effort, specifically the Vertical Missile Processing Building and Missile Service Unit operations. You will supervise a mixed exempt and non exempt workforce, handling production, staffing, training, and mentorship while ensuring that financial, safety, quality, and productivity targets are met in a zero defect, ethically driven environment.
