Position: IT Support Engineer Job Description: To carry out installation, upgrading and maintenance of hardware and software Assist in daily IT Department operation Experience in MS products, Win10, Windows Server, VM, PABX, VoiP, Networking, SCCM & BYOD. Experience in Warehouse Equipment, label printer & WMS systems To provide network system and desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services To ensure minimum Systems downtime To respond to trouble calls, 1st and 2nd level IT Support Maintain IT inventory of Hardware/software/licenses To ensure smooth implementation of Projects, liaising with vendor and manage contract Able to conduct briefing / training to in-house staffs Good planning, analytical and trouble-shooting skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and work independently Experience in remote support across Asean Region Must be a team player Performs all other related duties as assigned...
