Description: Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer This is a deployed position in the Minneapolis- St. Paul area. (Telecommuter remote work location to be within reasonable driving distance to LM assigned suppliers as defined in agreement with manager). * The suppliers are located in the Minnesota, but additional suppliers may be assigned as well. • The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving total quality performance across multiple sites for strategic suppliers that produce major airframe and systems components. • Candidate needs working knowledge background in GD&T, Inspection methods, Tooling, AS9100, AS9102. working knowledge of Six Sigma, preventive tools PDCA, PFMEA, Mistake Proofing and Gap Analysis. • Must have knowledge and effectively apply root cause analysis, Cause Mapping, Cause & Effect diagrams, Pick Charts and, structured RCCA for effective corrective action. • Goals are to lead the supplier through the process of developing and...
