Description: What We're Doing We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Associate Manager to lead our Avionics Product Center Industrial Engineering and Backshop Labor Estimating teams. The goal of this role is to improve efficiencies in the center by analyzing product build sequences and workflows, and establishing methods and targets for maximum utilization of the center layout and personnel.
