Description: You will be the Distribution Center Site Lead for the Distribution Center Operations Team. Our team is responsible for managing inbound, decant, put‑away, picking, internal transportation, shipping, and cross‑functional support functions such as Maintenance, Quality, and Safety. What You Will Be Doing As the Distribution Center Site Lead you will be responsible for leading a distribution center that directly supports three manufacturing facilities (two in Florida and one in Alabama). You will ensure seamless material flow, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely through 2026 with travel involved and transitioning onsite in early 2027.
