Position: Operations Associate - Services Job Description: The Services Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Arrow ECS Global Services organization. This resource will report to the Arrow ECS Global Operations Manager and will support the Arrow Services team. This role entails delivering and managing the day-to-day business operational tasks to run the services business from accounting support to vendor management. Focus is upon delivering support to the sales motion to ensuring attention to details and aligning operational practices with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a knack for organization, project management and process optimization.
