Position Summary
Odyssey is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in Wakefield, MA. The Quality Analyst will play a key role in the continuous improvement of Odyssey’s Quality Management System (QMS). Embedded within the Enterprise Alignment group, this role supports organizational excellence by ensuring quality principles are integrated into enterprise projects, corporate processes, and operations across all business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more corporate support departments and be exceptionally skilled at seeing the interdependencies between departments. This candidate will be heavily involved in process improvement, including auditing existing processes, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
