Position: Asset Associate Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values. ▪ Manage both EDI and manual purchase order entry. ▪ Re-plan and manage supplier backlog in line with demands and supplier agreements: confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and reconciliation. ▪ Manage VMI Buffer Min and Max level. • Communicate with the suppliers on a daily basis regarding the supply situation. ▪ Communicate with the Suppliers regarding purchase order backlog, shipping and tracking information: track and prioritize urgent shipments. ▪ Be accountable for receipts from the suppliers and resolution of shipping discrepancies. ▪ Ensure correct receipt of supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies. ▪ Monitor supplier on-time delivery. ▪ Manage responsible Manufactory inventory level. ▪ Manage Supplier non-conformity-Receiving ▪ Occasionally participate in meetings with suppliers as required. ▪...
