ECS is seeking an Alarm Technician I to work in our Dulles, VA office. This is a critical position that works on our US Postal Service security and alarm monitoring team. This team 24/7 continuous monitoring and emergency dispatch services for USPS hubs, outlets, offices and distribution centers. This role provides centrally managed technical support in the areas of alarm panel programming, diagnostic and service support, customer account support and support to contract field technicians. Position Responsibilities: Provide centrally managed technical support in the areas of alarm panel programming, diagnostic and service support. Provide customer account support.
