Overview LMI is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Program Manager to support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program focused on suicide prevention and mental health. This role will serve as a deputy and trusted right hand to the Sr Program Manager, helping lead day-to-day contract operations, client delivery, workforce management, technical execution, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will independently lead major aspects of the program, maintain visibility across multiple projects and workstreams, supervise and develop staff, anticipate and resolve delivery challenges, and step in for program leadership as needed. This individual must be comfortable operating with limited direction, bringing structure to ambiguity, making sound decisions, and moving seamlessly between client engagement, team leadership, internal operations, technical delivery, and business strategy.
