Description: You will be the F-22 Modification Team night shift lead. This position is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam AFB, Hawaii. What You Will Be Doing: As the F-22 Modification Team night shift lead you will serve as the on-shift lead responsible for coordinating daily maintenance and modification activities. You will act as the primary point of contact between night shift personnel, management, and engineer to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical requirements. You will monitor work progress, communicate status updates, identify risks to schedule or quality, and help resolve production issues to keep operations on track.
